We ask how this actually happened.
A lot of people come to us after physical therapy somewhere else did not stick. It starts over here with a cause-first evaluation and a plan with an endpoint.
What It Is
Physical therapy finds out why a body part hurts, then rebuilds it so it holds. It opens with a cause-first evaluation: how this started, what makes it worse, and what your joints and muscles actually do when you move.
Rest quiets pain for a while. It does not change what caused it. Wait long enough and the workaround becomes the habit. You stop lifting with that arm. You stop turning that way. The body gets good at hiding it.
You are the one everyone else leans on, so your own body went to the bottom of the list. That is the reason most of our patients arrive here second. This time it is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, the same one who evaluated you, working a plan with an endpoint.
The same therapist who evaluated you
What It Helps
If yours is not on this list, it still gets the same cause-first evaluation.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We ask how this actually happened.
2
We test it, then explain what we found.
3
You start treatment the same visit.
Why It Works
You finally know what is actually wrong.
A plan with an endpoint, not endless visits.
The same clinician, one-on-one, every visit.
Movement back in the parts of life you dropped.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
You should feel worked, not wrecked. Some movements are uncomfortable at first, and we tell you before we try them. Nothing happens without your say-so. If something is too much, we change the dose, not the goal.
That is the most common thing we hear. Usually the exercises were not wrong, they were generic, and nobody found the driver. We start with a cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, then work the four phases in order: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.
Most insurance plans cover physical therapy, and in California you do not need a referral to start. We check your exact plan before your first session, so there is no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (818) 341-3791.
