A small clinic in Reseda where you get real time with the people you treat. If that is how you want to work, we would like to hear from you.

You did not train for this to run three rooms at once.

You went into this work to put your hands on people and change how they move. Then the schedule got in the way. Rooms stacked up, notes piled up, and the part you were actually good at got squeezed into the gaps.

This is a small clinic in Reseda. That is the whole point of it.

What the work is actually like here.

You get real time with the person in front of you. You do the evaluation, you find what is driving the pain, and then you are the one who treats it. The patient does not get handed off to somebody who was not in the room when it was figured out.

Care is one-on-one. Plans have an endpoint, and you build them: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Nobody here is padding a schedule with visits that stopped earning their place.

The room is small, clean and rarely crowded. You will know every patient on your list by name, and they will know yours. Our patients tell us the difference they felt was somebody taking the time to ask how the injury actually happened, then explaining what they found. That only happens when the clinician has the time to do it. Protecting that time is the job.

Who tends to do well here.

  • You are curious about mechanism. A pain pattern that does not add up interests you rather than annoys you.
  • You explain things in plain language, and you check that the person understood.
  • You like owning a case start to finish, and you are comfortable being accountable for the outcome.
  • You pitch in. In a small clinic, everyone resets a room and answers a phone sometimes.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a real asset here. Many of our patients prefer to describe their pain in Spanish.

Not a therapist? Still worth writing.

A small clinic runs on the front desk as much as the treatment room. If you are the person who keeps things calm, organised and warm when somebody walks in hurting and nervous, tell us. That work is not filler here.
